Background:

Dr. Christianson received a B.S. degree in Computer Science at the University of the Pacific.  After working as a Systems Engineer for Bank of America Systems Engineering, she went on to receive an M.S. in Computer Science at San Diego State University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of South Carolina.  Currently, she is a faculty member of the Department of Math & Computer Science at California State University, East Bay.  Dr. Christianson is the graduate coordinator for the Master's degree in Computer Networking.


Research Interests:

Networking, data compression, multimedia networking and applications

B.S. Computer Science Networking Option
