Create AWS and Google App Engine Accounts

If you have problems or have concerns you need to contact Amazon or Google with regards to your account --- I am not responsible for this nor do I control these systems. For most account setup you will use email and phone for verification. AWS requires a credit card and the Google App Engine (not Google Cloud) may or may not require an account. To use full Google Cloud you will like AWS need a credit card but, there is a limited free trial period. Policies can change on free useage so you must read and underst --THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

TIP: USE a low $ valued pre-paid credit card (like $10 or whatever you want)you can buy at a store (this will limit any charges you might accidentaly incur should you turn on services past the free tier )

AWS Account

    • Option 1 - get free tier 1 year account at  http://aws.amazon.com/ . You will need to provide payment information, including a credit card number. READ the infomation about how the free tier account works.  You are responsible for any of the fees incurred if your usage exceeds the free tier policies, Search if following link not current https://aws.amazon.com/free/
    • Option 2 - sign up for educational account (after you do #1) and get some money credited to you see http://aws.amazon.com/education/awseducate/ for details

Google App Engine Account

    • Sign up for Free Tier - go to http://appengine.google.com --you can log into an already existing gmail account or create a new one and then turn on app engine service. You will need to go through all the required steps.  You are responsible for any of the fees incurred if your usage exceeds the free tier policies look at https://cloud.google.com/appengine/ for policies
